For the 2019 Global Elite Leaders Program - Taiwan-US Youth Exchange, we came to the Taoyuan City Education Bureau today to hold a book donation ceremony. Next, we will donate Chinese books to Berkeley High School in the United States. I am very grateful for this opportunity to work with the Education Bureau to promote Taiwanese literature and let the world see the beauty of Taiwan's humanities.
Before the book donation, we also gave the director of education a preview of the 2019 activities, including the "American University Tour, California San Francisco Berkeley High School Elite Program" to be held at Berkeley High School in January and the "California San Francisco Berkeley High School, Taiwan Taoyuan Youth Silk Road Cultural Exploration" in March. We also introduced the outstanding cadres of the Volunteer Association to the director, as well as the good news that Deputy Director General Chen Suiwen was accepted by NYU Abu Dhabi, and shared our past event experiences.
